New Pokemon for 3ds?

Hmm... I was doing my regular Jo-Jo Pokemon search when I discovered this video...

It included Pokemon which looked rather similar to Pokemon that already exist... Really! If you skip to 49 seconds it looks like a skeleton of a Pikachu...
